Right now we are working hard to do and we're using our money and our vacations for meetings, bureaucracy, etc..
In the future, someone will have to take the commitment and management members.
Lawyer
surveys we've done have led to a request for a fee per member, from a minimum of 15 € to a maximum of 30 € (excluding VAT). For at least 2,000 members are € 36,000.
Starting from these minimum considerations we made the following assessments:

A studio between rent, condominium fees, electricity charges, telephone charges, water, gas, etc.. It costs less than 1.000/1.200 € per month. Whereas 12 months we calculate a maximum amount of 15,000 € / year. To this we must add the amount for the purchase of equipment (personal computers, desks, etc..) Amounting to approximately € 5,000. Total estimate: 20,000 €.
Management Association
Managing a high number of members, means having a person dedicated to this activity. Until now we did it because we are few but in the future, with a higher number, for sure the commitment will be higher. The cost of a person is conceivable, including expenses and salary, in about 18,000 €.
These costs add the cost of miscellaneous repayments (fuel, travel expenses, etc..) That will support the Directors for the Association's activities feasible in about € 2,000.
Consider also the costs for the possible dispatch of printed materials (not all members have the computer) and print the membership card (printing cost) envisaged in about € 3,000.
Last but not least there are the taxes we pay, which are related to allowances as a percentage: for 2,000 members is € 4,000. Everything conceivable in € 27,000.
Summing all we have a cost of 83,000 €
careful management must anticipate the possibility of unexpected expenses that may be covered by the difference between the expenses and fees collected.
As you can see we have done all the considerations of the case not least that the Association could really be a point of reference for all members. We
a simple consideration. Why not also propose to provide other opportunities to partner? Why do not you think that in future we may offer other discounts (eg for Theatres, Museums, Shows, etc...) We do not want to put limits on anything, no one forbids it.
From rational people have tried to assess the needs and do a good job.
